Movies to look forward to in 2012

Looks like 2012 could be a better year of movies than 2011.


Blue Valentine filmmaker Derek Cianfrance does a motorcycle crime drama starring Ryan Gosling, Bradley Cooper, Ray Liotta and Eva Mendes.


Brad Pitt stars in a crime-mob film based on a 1974 novel and directed by The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford director Andrew Dominik.


Virginia bootlegging gang film starring Tom Hardy, Shia LaBeouf, Jessica Chastain, Mia Wasikowska, Guy Pearce and Gary Oldman.


Relatively unknowns play Sal Paradise and Dean Moriarty with a supporting cast that includes Kristen Stewart, Kirsten Dunst, Viggo Mortensen, Amy Adams and Steve Buscemi.
