The famous bull up in Wall Street was gratified with blue paint earlier this morning. It's already been cleaned, but somebody got a photograph for all of us. Maybe Wall Street does have blue balls. But, this graph below brings some perspective of W.S.'s sexual history. Too deep of a drought?
