Artist Steve Powers was one of four artists commissioned to do this week's New York Magazine cover (^ above). Powers, formerly known as graffiti writer ESPO (Exterior Surface Painting Outreach) in Philadelphia and New York in the 1990's, has since 1999, gained more exposure in the studio art world.
