After playing out those lame black-and-white G ads all January, Gatorade has come back hard with the most entertaining series of commercials that I can think of. "The Quest for G" is a series of 6 episodes that can be watched in succession here. Starring Kevin Garnett, Derek Jeter, Usain Bolt, Jimmie Johnson, Alicia Sacramone, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Misty May-Treanor, Kerri Walsh and the JabbaWockeez. It is a sort of fairy tale parody of Monty Python featuring some dancing, good humor and great production.
The god himself, Michael Jordan, shines for a little cameo at the end.
