Tattoo artist S. Victor Whitmill may soon be raking in millions from Warner Bros. The studio's new film, The Hangover II, uses Whitmill's original design for Mike Tyson on one of the film's main characters played by actor Ed Helms. Problem was the movie never sought or didn't receive permission prior to this weekend's release.
