As previously reported, Joaquin Phoenix has retired from his successful acting career to start making some music. Originally when I heard about this I assumed he was channeling Johnny Cash (and he might still be), but the Hollywood Reporter revealed today that Phoenix is rapping and Sean "Puff Daddy" Combs is producing his album.Phoenix's Brother-in-law Casey Affleck (Ben's younger brother) is directing a documentary of Phoenix's rap career that will begin tonight at a Las Vegas club.
