Super Bowl Airbnb
Condé Nast Traveler - "Don’t Have Super Bowl Tickets? Watch the Game from a Carolina Panther's Home Instead"
"In the listing, aptly title "A Panther's Dream Den," Harper invites potential guests to “Kick back on my sofa while watching Super Bowl 50 on our 70-inch TV. Upon arrival, feel free to check out our outdoor junior Olympic pool with an expansive deck and deluxe courtyard, or our 4,000 s.f. spa-inspired health club with yoga room and complimentary fitness classes. As evening approaches, prepare your football finest and take advantage of the kitchen—it's where I sic spend most of the time preparing for big games!” A quick click through images on Airbnb reveal spectacular views of the city, a modern-man living room (with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the game from the couch) and, perhaps its most charming feature—a bathroom with a Hello Kitty bath mat. Harper is such a fan of the home sharing site that he has decided to skip the team hotel in San Francisco and stay at an Airbnb while in town.
One night will cost you $5,000, with all proceeds (which will be matched by Airbnb) going to Harper’s Hope 41 Foundation, a nonprofit for underprivileged youth established by the player. Harper has also promised to throw in an autographed football, making this a score in every sense of the word."
